(From Kimm - Protractor wedges Technique:
First I prepared 2 background sheets... do this with any 2 sheets with different, but similar color schemes.... most techniques will work (polished stone, rubber cement, wax paper resist, marbelizing, etc). Cut 2 large circles-one from each sheet. Find the center of your circles.. I used a protractor to then cut the individual sections at 45 degrees. Edge each section with gold leafing pen or layer on CS. Cut a black circle the same size and cut a second section using the larger circle size. Cut your black circle in half.... Arrange the cut sections onto the black as desired. Assemble card using another background sheet that coordinates with your 45 degree sections.
