(From Jodi - This idea came from the Rubber Stamper
Magazine. It suggested using tissue that wasn't colorfast.
Of course all that I had was, so I decided to brayer plain
white tissue paper with ink to get the colors I wanted.
Essentially you tear the brayered tissue spray it with water and
layer it on the glossy card stock. Spray it with water
again. The color will transfer to the glossy card stock in a
wonderfully uneven way. Remove the tissue. Let both pieces
dry. You can stamp right on the glossy background. Mount the
tissue on another piece of cardstock for another background.)
